Antique Edwardian Silver-Plated Pickle Caddy – Philip Ashberry & Sons, Sheffield England c.1900

This antique silver-plated pickle caddy was made by Philip Ashberry & Sons of Sheffield, England, during the Edwardian era, circa 1900–1910.

Featuring a decorative open-frame design with an arched handle and original aged patina, this piece would originally have held glass pickle or condiment jars for the dining table. Today it makes a beautiful decorative accent or a unique display piece for a vintage-inspired home.

The underside is clearly stamped “Philip Ashberry & Sons, Sheffield, 212, Made in England,” confirming its English origin and early 20th-century manufacture.

A lovely example of classic Sheffield silver plate with character that reflects its age and history.

Good vintage condition. Minor tarnish enhances the antique character. No chips or breaks.
